Checks can be made payable to Maternal and Child Health Consortium and mailed to our main office at 30 West Barnard Street, Suite 1 West Chester, PA 19382. Donations can also be made through the United Way.

- Pre-packed baby bundles by you! Contains: a baby blanket, receiving blanket, newborn onesies (size 0-3 months), pack of diapers, wipes, washcloths, socks, bibs, lotion, and shampoo.
Accepted gently used items (clean, free of stains or tears):
- Baby bathtub seat
- Baby clothes sizes 0 months – 5T
- Baby gear (monitors, swings, bouncers, play mats)
- Booster seats
- Maternity clothes
- Pack-n-play
- Strollers
*As per MCHC policy, we are not allowed to accept used car seats, cribs, or walkers.

Thank you for thinking of us! If you are donating new items, the form below is for you. After you submit the form, please drop off items at our main office between 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday (please contact if you need to arrange drop off outside of those hours), at 30 W Barnard St #1 West Chester, PA 19382.
