Elizabeth brings over 20 years of experience helping nonprofit organizations optimize their financial performance through business advisory consulting and auditing services. She was first introduced to MCHC as the facilitator of a board finance workshop through La Salle University for MCHC’s Board of Directors in 2018. Now as Board President, she is a champion of MCHC’s mission and guides the organization’s directives and strategic direction.

Wendy was the Corporate Accounts Payable Director at Bentley Systems Inc., where she has worked for over 15 years. A graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Immaculata University, she brings an outstanding background in the areas of finance and accounting to the MCHC Board.  She is a member of the Institute of Finance and Management and the Institute of Financial Operations.  Her extensive volunteer experience includes Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Family Lives on Foundation, Chester County Food Bank and Good Works.  She was a part of the Leadership Chester County Class of 2014, expanding her knowledge of human service needs in Chester County.

Allison has worked in the insurance industry for many years, helping countless individuals and businesses secure affordable insurance that meets their needs. She shares a passion for philanthropy in the local community and has been on MCHC’s Board of Directors since 2019.

Mojdeh Saberin, MD

Board Secretary

Main Line OB/GYN

Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Mojdeh Saberin has practiced at Main Line OB/GYN since 2004, providing women with state-of-the-art care for all of their health needs. She is affiliated with Paoli Hospital. Dr. Saberin completed a Candidature in Medicine at the Catholic University of Louvain in Belgium before graduating with her medical degree at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, where she was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society and recipient of the Medical Student Women’s Health Award. She then completed internship and residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Magee Women’s Hospital/the University of Pittsburgh, where she was a recipient of the “Best Resident Teacher” award. She has been to British Guyana several times to teach OB/GYN resident physicians in training through a program sponsored by Case Western University. She volunteers her time at The Clinic in Phoenixville. She is also a member of the disparity of care committee of the Main Line Health System.

Dr. Saberin speaks German, French, and Persian. As an active member of the medical community, she is involved with several professional organizations, including the American Medical Association and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Margaret is a consultant and engagement leader in the pharmaceutical industry. She has previously worked at Gallup and ZS Associates. After leading a volunteer strategic plan engagement with Compass for MCHC in 2020, she joined the MCHC board in January 2021.

Rebecca is an accomplished, hands-on manager with demonstrated success leading and working with diverse teams of professionals. Passionate about healthcare, she has over 20 years of experience working on multi-stakeholder projects that require an end-to-end business understanding and that deliver outcomes contributing to the success of the organization and its customers. Rebecca’s expertise lies in program leadership, project management and staff development.

Bill is the President and Senior Systems Consultant at Origami Technology Group in Exton, PA. He brings over 25 years of technical expertise from his career as a systems engineer including his role as a former Sonar Technician for the United States Navy. He first learned of MCHC through the BNI Exton Group in 2019 and continues to support MCHC’s internal capacity to further its mission.

Sarah was an educator and administrator within Chester County for over fifteen years, with a focus on special education. Most of that time was working at a non profit charter school in Phoenixville. In February of 2022, she accepted an offer to be the Executive Director of Eastern Pennsylvania Bleeding Disorders Foundation, serving forty-one (41) counties in PA. Other than attending college in Michigan, Sarah is a proud native of West Chester. Sarah believes in the mission and vision of MCHC and is excited to be on the Board of such an outstanding organization that has made, and continues to make such a tremendous impact for children and families.

Joel grew passionate about MCHC's mission through his time volunteering to help map out the 2021-2023 strategic plan and joined the Board in 2021. He brings 30 years of corporate sales and management experience and has dedicated the last 20 years to helping business owners in all aspects of their operations to support profitability and efficiency.

Khushboo Garg, MBA

Strategy and Operations Manager, Oncology Vertical at ZS

Khushboo brings a breadth of marketing, sales and data analytics experience across healthcare, manufacturing and technology services industries and has worked in US and European markets throughout her professional career. She earned her Masters in Business Administration from Kelley School of Business with a focus on Marketing and Business Analytics in 2012. She then worked as a Marketing Consultant with DuPont Corporate Marketing & Sales delivering projects in process improvement, digital strategy, business strategy, channel, and pricing management helping different businesses within the company. Now, as a Manager with ZS Associates, she helps life sciences clients in the areas of customer insights, business strategy, go-to-market, data analytics, launch planning and tracking, and sales force operations.

"Ever since I had my two little ones, I viewed myself as a mom first and then a professional. Plus being raised outside the US often had me stumble upon many questions and I appreciated any help or education that I could get in being able to be the best mom that I could for my kids. Serving on the MCHC Board is a wonderful opportunity for me to now give back to others who may need this support. MCHC is local as well and that makes it even more meaningful to me!"

Lee Ann Sullivan

Lee Ann brings over 15 years of professional fundraising experience to MCHC. From 2004 to 2008, Lee Ann served as MCHC’s first Director of Development. From 2015 to 2021, she led fundraising efforts for a continuing care residence for seniors called Barclay Friends. While there, she led a capital campaign raising $1.5 million. She has also been involved in volunteering for local organizations including SPARC (Southeastern PA Autism Resource Center).
 
 
Lee Ann is excited to help MCHC Board and staff fulfill the organization’s mission.
Lee Ann lives in West Chester with her husband, son and fur baby Pugsy.

Tomás Zambrano Fernández

Tomás was born and raised in Venezuela. He worked for over 15 years leading telecommunications project management teams in more than 20 countries. In 2011, he moved to Haiti for 6 months to rebuild a Telecom network after an earthquake devastated the country. He also spent time in Puerto Rico launching the first 5G network in Latin America. After moving to Chester County in 2015, he decided to explore real estate investing, a move that changed his life completely. Since 2021, he has been a realtor for both homeowners and investors, mostly within the Hispanic community. He also holds a life insurance license which allows him to support many other financial aspects for his community.
